Corporate Recruiter

We2019re looking for a hands-on Corporate Recruiter to lead our internal hiring and help strengthen our overall people operations. This is a full-time, work-from-office role for someone who enjoys recruiting, takes ownership, and is comfortable wearing multiple hats. What Youre Do Own full-cycle internal recruiting, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand needs and drive hiring Proactively source talent using LinkedIn, Indeed, ATS platforms, and latest AI-powered sourcing and recruiting tools Recruit across technical, accounting/finance, sales, operations, and corporate roles Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future needs Support day-to-day HR activities, employee documentation, onboarding/offboarding, and employee records Assist with payroll coordination, timesheets, PTO/attendance, and employee changes Use AI and automation to improve recruiting and people-related processes What Were Looking For 6+ years of corporate/internal recruiting experience Strong hands-on sourcing and full-cycle recruiting skills Exposure to general HR administration and payroll support Experience with modern ATS, sourcing, and AI recruiting tools Proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working directly with leadership #J-18808-Ljbffr AMSYS Innovative Solutions
