Key Responsibilities Safely operate power tools to ensure precise assembly, prevent defects and minimize risk of injury Perform a variety of functions following prescribed procedures in product assembly and testing. Assemble components as required on time and according to quality specifications. Identify improvement areas and effectively communicate ways to implement change. Maintain the cleanliness of workstation and assist with entire department housekeeping. Maintain high personal standards with regard to productivity, quality, and safety. Show willingness to learn multiple stations within the department. Availability for overtime and weekend hours may be required.
