Senior Professional Services Resident Consultant

Responsibilities Serve as a dedicated resource for strategic customers over extended durations (6 months, 1 year, or more). Act as the customer's go-to resource for all matters related to their ZS deployment. Collaborate with sales, external partners, and customer teams to provide consultancy and deployment services. Assist in the timely and successful deployment of Zero Trust solutions. Manage multiple customer accounts if required by demand for Residency Services. Minimum Qualifications 8+ years of experience in a similar role such as Professional Service Consultant, Network/Security Specialist, Technical Account Manager, Support/Escalation Engineer, or SOC Engineer. Experience with Zscaler solutions – ZIA, ZPA. Working knowledge of authentication systems such as SAML, LDAP, and Microsoft Active Directory. Experience in Network and Security solutions and a customer‑facing/field role. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of solutions built on Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, and other leading cloud platforms. Knowledge of hypervisors: VMware, Hyper‑V, and KVM. Industry certifications such as Cisco, Juniper, and Palo Alto.
