What We’re Looking For:

✔ Minimum 2 years of apartment maintenance experience
✔ HVAC expertise, including troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining systems and heat pumps
✔ Well-rounded general maintenance skills (plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, etc.)
✔ EPA Certification for refrigerant handling ( preferred — willing to certify you!)
✔ Proactive problem-solver with strong initiative
✔ Collaborative team player who works well in a skilled crew environment
✔ Technologically proficient, comfortable using MS Office 365 and a personal mobile device
✔ Strong written and verbal English communication skills

✔ A professional who values integrity and long-term employment commitment

✔ Valid Driver's License
