Property Management Accountant: Multifamily HUD properties

Job Description
Seeking a Property Management Accountant: Family Office Real Estate Accountant / Bookkeeper. family office / partnerships.
\n \nMUST have experience working with partnership and/or family office setting.
\n-Manage the office, manage files, insurance, cut checks for partners, deal with yearly distributions, monitor real estate tax liabilities, etc.
\nHUD (Housing and Urban Development) multifamily experience.
\n-Oversee outsourced payroll and accounting functions (AP/AR).
\n-YARDI
\n-Manage credit cards - accuracy and payments.
\n-Understand Partnership- distributions.
\nMUST be self-starter
\nMUST be computer savvy. YARDI and QuickBooks
\nProvide administration help to management.
