Oakland Harley-Davidson is hiring a Sales Associate to join our award winning, high volume Harley-Davidson dealership in the San Francisco Bay Area. If youre passionate about motorcycles, love working with people, and want a long term sales career in the powersports industry, this is the place to be.
Located near the Oakland Airport, our dealership offers 42,000 sq. ft. of Harley-Davidson motorcycles, parts, accessories, and gear, along with a high energy, community driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and promote Harley-Davidson motorcycles
- Learn new & used models
- Guide buyers through the full sales process
- Deliver a world class customer experience
- Follow up with leads
- Provide quotes, credit applications, and paperwork
- Achieve personal & team goals
Qualifications
- Positive, outgoing, customer-focused
- Comfortable in a retail/showroom
- Reliable & professional
- Basic computer & mobile device skills
- Willing to learn Harley-Davidson products
- Work 5 days/week including weekends
- Eligible for CA Vehicle Salesperson License
- Valid M1 & able to perform a test ride
