About Our Agency Our mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams. Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member. Our agency has received awards including: Chairman's Circle, Ambassador Travel, Legion of Honor, and Senior Vice President's Club Responsibilities Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information. Assist customers with policy changes and updates. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Qualifications Communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Previous customer service experience preferred. Compensation: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. State Farm agents' employees are not employees of State Farm. Agents are responsible for and make all employment decisions regarding their employees.
