We are looking for an Inside Sales Coordinator to join a collaborative team in Ohio. This position supports the sales organization by managing customer quotations, coordinating lead flow, and helping maintain accurate opportunity records. The role is well suited for someone who is highly organized, comfortable balancing multiple priorities, and eager to grow their understanding of technical products and customer needs.

Responsibilities:
• Maintain and update sales opportunity records to help keep the pipeline accurate and organized.
• Create customer quotes in a timely manner and ensure pricing and details are communicated clearly.
• Partner with field sales representatives to coordinate account activity and support a smooth sales cycle.
• Route inbound or active leads to the appropriate outside sales team members for follow-up.
• Reach out to prospective clients to generate interest and identify new business opportunities.
• Look for ways to strengthen relationships with current customers and uncover additional sales potential.
• Assist with marketing-related efforts that support lead generation and customer engagement.
• Represent the company professionally in customer interactions while communicating product value and brand standards.
• Build knowledge of target industries and product applications to better support customer and sales team needs.

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented office environment.

• Willingness to learn technical concepts, products, and industry applications.

• Experience with administrative or transactional processes such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, or invoice handling.

• Proficiency with data entry and maintaining accurate business records.

• Effective communication skills for working with customers, internal sales partners, and cross-functional teams.
