We are looking for an organized Human Resources Coordinator to support key employee lifecycle activities for a contract to hire opportunity in Texas. This role will help manage hiring logistics, pre-employment processing, onboarding coordination, and separation activities while ensuring accurate documentation and a positive employee experience.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate recruitment support activities, including interview scheduling, candidate communication, and pre-employment follow-up to help move hiring processes forward efficiently.

• Manage onboarding steps from offer acceptance through first-day readiness, ensuring required forms, system entries, and orientation details are completed on time.

• Process employment verification and background screening tasks while maintaining compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.

• Support the completion and tracking of I-9 documentation and other required employee records with a high level of accuracy.

• Maintain and update employee information within HRIS platforms, including ADP Workforce Now, to ensure records remain current and reliable.

• Assist with offboarding activities by preparing separation documentation, coordinating final process steps, and updating internal records appropriately.

• Partner with managers and HR team members to address administrative questions and provide timely support across talent acquisition and HR operations.

• Help support HR-related system processes and administrative updates when needed as part of ongoing operational requirements.

• Previous experience in human resources coordination

• Hands-on experience with onboarding, employee documentation, and employment screening process administration.

• Working knowledge of HR compliance requirements, including I-9 employment eligibility verification.

• Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now.

• Proficiency with DISA

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

• Clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with employees and candidates.

• High attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
