Step into a day with HD Air

You roll out in a well-stocked company vehicle, schedule in hand. First stop: a homeowner with low water pressure. You diagnose swiftly, communicate clearly, and restore flow with precision. Next, preventative maintenance on a residential plumbing system—checking fixtures, inspecting lines, and advising the customer on long-term care. Throughout the day you troubleshoot, repair, and educate, backed by a responsive office team and field leadership that has your back.

What you will do

Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems in customers’ homes
Perform assigned preventative maintenance to keep systems reliable
Provide clear, friendly customer communication and options
Document work performed and maintain a clean, professional workspace

Compensation & tools

With our tools, resources, and training, technicians are able to make over $45 per hour
Competitive base salary plus a bonus program that rewards hard work and great service—our best technicians make over $100,000.00 per year

What you bring

5 years of experience as a Residential Plumbing Service Technician
Massachusetts Journeyman Plumbing License — REQUIRED
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Professional appearance, strong communication, and customer-first mindset
Hard-working, motivated, and reliable
