Job Title Records Management Specialist II (Full‑Time, Mid‑Level) Overview Provide administrative support for a large federal agency initiative. Collaborate with the team while working independently and driving continuous improvement. Qualifications Previous experience in a customer service role with a strong focus on client satisfaction. Background in records or data management, including organizing, maintaining, and retrieving information efficiently. Proficiency with current versions of Microsoft Windows and related applications (Microsoft Office Suite). Experience with electronic record‑keeping systems or document management platforms. Prior experience in training roles, including designing, writing, and facilitating training modules or instructional materials. College degree. Compensation $45,000 - $65,000 a year.
