• Schedule: This is a part-time position. Part-time team members work a rotating schedule that includes days (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM), evenings (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM), and overnights (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM). Weekend and overnight availability is required. Team members are expected to work all shift types as part of the rotation.

What You’ll Do: 

• Support residents with daily living activities: bathing, dressing, meal prep, etc. 
• Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful living environment 
• Monitor and report changes in behavior or health 
• Help with transportation to appointments or activities 
• Collaborate with healthcare staff and team members to deliver holistic care 

What You'll Need: 

• Age 21 or older 
• Valid driver’s license and insurance 
• Clear verbal and written communication in English (required) 
• Experience in a medical, caregiving, or healthcare setting preferred, but not required
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and compassionate mindset
