Are you passionate about helping others live their best life? Join our team at Fast-Trans as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) and play a vital role in supporting individuals on the ID, BI, or HAB waiver to thrive at home and in their community.

Current Openings We are currently seeking full-time and part-time staff for:

First Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Second Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Third Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

What You’ll Do

As a DSP, you’ll work directly with individuals to:

Support personal care, daily living, and independence.

Encourage community involvement, recreation, and meaningful relationships.

Assist with medical appointments, exercise programs, and medication management.

Provide guidance in skills like cooking, budgeting, housekeeping, and safety awareness.

Create a safe, positive, and supportive environment where residents can reach their goals.
