Collect accurate data for all treatment plans and behavior programs, and provide this data to the BCBA for analysis. Serve in a direct‑care role, consulting the BCBA regularly for additional support, training, and supervision. Adjust interventions and/or methods as instructed by the supervising BCBA when necessary. Maintain thorough knowledge and understanding of each intervention and plan for each client on your caseload and those on the assigned team. Maintain RBT credentials by completing the RBT Competency Assessment annually per BACB guidelines. Accurately track RBT supervision hours to maintain internal and external compliance. Submit the annual renewal of the RBT Competency Assessment and Annual Renewal form to the BACB, and continue adherence to the BACB Ethical Standards for RBT. Qualifications Behavior Technician Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree preferred; High School Diploma or national equivalent considered based on experience.
