We are a team focused on engineering excellence — modernizing how identity governance is built, tested, and delivered. We manage enterprise-scale Identity Platforms, ServiceNow integrations and Privileged Access Management across global and regulated environments, and are expanding our capabilities into Non-Human Identity governance and AI-assisted access intelligence. We are looking for a Principal Product Manager to establish one coherent product strategy across a fragmented identity and access portfolio, translate customer zero experience into a unified roadmap that consolidates governance narratives, clarify platform positioning and integration paths, and elevate PM and cross-functional teams across the organization.What you'll doEstablish the unified product strategy and roadmap that consolidates fragmented positioning across the portfolio Translate Customer Zero experience into validated customer priorities and integrated solution architecture Define and communicate the unified narrative that clarifies each product's role and integration paths Align engineering, design, and architecture teams across the portfolio to shared customer-success priorities Create and run cross-product working groups to remove blockers and accelerate customer-critical integrations Build customer proof points and competitive positioning stories that strengthen bundled-solution selling Define the security strategy and roadmap ensuring it addresses regulated-industry requirements and customer needs Establish intake and governance over demand and development to ensure portfolio alignment Drive measurable outcomes on NRR, deployment timelines (6+ months to 3–4 months), and competitive wins Scale the PM organization through mentorship and hands-on customer and market engagementTo be successful in this role you haveExperience leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving—including using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry15+ years of software product management experience15+ years of business process management, process engineering, and executing process improvements5+ years of Security or Risk experience with strong technical depthOr similar experience with educationQualificationsWe are looking for someone who:Has a mind for seeking out problems to solve, defining solutions, and driving the work to deliver those solutions. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs.
