As the brand continues to expand rapidly, the Marketing & Growth team plays a critical role in driving awareness, adoption, and engagement across both B2B and B2C audiences. We operate in a fast-paced, experimental environment where creativity, analytics, and execution come together to accelerate growth.We are seeking a Performance Marketing Analyst to support data-backed decision-making across paid media campaigns, product funnels, partnerships, and user acquisition initiatives. You will be responsible for analyzing marketing performance, generating insights, and optimizing channels to improve conversion and ROI. This role is ideal for someone analytical, curious, and proactive—who enjoys testing, learning, and refining strategies based on data.Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Analysis & OptimizationMonitor the performance of paid marketing campaigns across channels (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Out-of-Home, Email).Analyze audience behavior, conversion funnels, and campaign attribution to identify trends and optimization opportunities.Work with internal and external teams to refine targeting, messaging, and budgeting strategies.Reporting & InsightsBuild dashboards and regular performance reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly) for leadership.Translate data into clear, actionable insights for both marketing and cross-functional teams.Define and track key growth and acquisition metrics across campaigns and platforms.Experimentation & Growth InitiativesSupport A/B tests, creative experiments, landing page optimization, and channel testing.Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Brand teams to align on acquisition goals and messaging.Research market trends, competitor performance, and emerging platforms relevant to growth efforts.QualificationsEducationBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.Experience1–3+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth analytics, digital advertising, or data-driven marketing.Experience analyzing paid media performance and marketing funnels.Familiarity with campaign platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).SkillsStrong analytical and quantitative skills with ability to interpret complex data.Proficiency with data and visualization tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar).Experience using Excel/Sheets at an intermediate to advanced level (formulas, pivot tables, etc.).Clear written and verbal communication skills to present findings to non-technical audiences.AttributesCurious, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying insights and opportunities.Comfortable working in fast-paced, iterative environments.Organized and able to manage multiple projects in parallel.Collaborative mindset with ability to work cross-functionally.Why Join Robot.com?Direct impact on the growth and brand strategy of a company shaping the future of robotics.Opportunities to develop and advance within a scaling organization.Collaborative, mission-driven environment focused on creativity and innovation.Competitive compensation, equity opportunities, and benefits package.
