Position Duration: Expected to Continue Until May 31, 2026

Location: UT MAIN CAMPUS

Purpose: Provide part-time front desk support to the Economics Department.

Responsibilities:

• Answering phones and greeting visitors
• Making photocopies
• Assisting with department events
• Maintaining departmental cleanliness
• Running errands
• Receiving mail, packages, and other deliveries
• Overseeing inventory of supplies
• Proctoring make-up exams
• Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications: Federal Work-Study Award.

Preferred Qualifications: Prior work experience in a customer service or office environment.

Hourly Rate: $12.50

Working Conditions: Office environment. May be required to lift up to 25 pounds.

Work Shift: 10 hours per week between M-F 8am-5pm, with occasional Saturday events.
