Thresholds, a Chicago-based behavioral health organization, seeks a Team Leader for Mindstrong & Emerge Programs to guide a multidisciplinary team delivering First Episode and related services to youth and young adults on the north side of Chicago. You will supervise therapists, a vocational specialist, a peer specialist, and a prescriber, model direct service, provide clinical guidance, and help staff grow their skills while maintaining strong engagement with clients and families. #J-18808-Ljbffr Thresholds
