Year-Long AmeriCorps Health Educator & Youth Wellness Coach

Erie Family Health Centers

Erie Family Health Centers in Chicago is seeking an AmeriCorps member to deliver health education and wellness programming to high school students at the Erie Lakeview School-Based Health Center. The role also provides one-on-one nutrition coaching and helps youths access vision and dental services. The position is year-long, full-time, with a 1,700-hour requirement.
