Location: Inver Grove Heights, MN
Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
Shift: 1st Shift: 7:00 am to 3:00 pm, must be willing to move to a 2nd shift once hired
Pay: $20.35/hr
Background/Drug Screen: Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check and drug screening

What You’ll Be Doing:Packing lubricant products like a pro into containers big and small
Keeping an eagle eye on quality and safety — no shortcuts here
Running, adjusting, and babying the machines to keep production humming
Logging info into our computer system (bonus points for accuracy!)
Swapping out packaging setups and cleaning machines like a boss
Lending a hand in the warehouse – picking, receiving, organizing
Operating forklifts (don’t worry, we’ll train you!)
Pitching in with general tasks and keeping things tidy
Taking on special projects when they pop up
High school diploma or GED
1 year of manufacturing experience
Strong attention to detail, solid communication skills, and a great attitude
A team player who’s ready to grow and take on new challenges
