This role serves as the cornerstone for ensuring the implementation and supervision of administrative policies while overseeing the provision of high-quality patient care services. As the branch leader, you will have a critical impact on maintaining compliance with all applicable regulations, driving operational excellence, and fostering a culture of compassionate care.Qualifications:Licensed Home Health Administrator in the state of TX2+ years of experience in an Administrator leadership role.2+ years of experience in Home HealthRegistered nurse (RN) licensed in Texas or in accordance with the Board of Nurse Examiners rules for Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC)Experience in OASISPrefer experience with EMR Homecare Homebase (Both field & back office)Excellent communication, assessment skills, time management and strong clinical documentation skills.Demonstrates proven decision-making skills.Nursing skills as defined as generally accepted standards of practice.Reliable transportation.
