Your Role A Client Associate services clients and provides operational and administrative support to Financial Advisors. Key Responsibilities Educate clients on account services and capabilities Input data into financial planning tools Assist with the preparation of reports and other materials for client meetings Ensure appropriate documentation is collated for new accounts and service requests Key Deliverables Leverage communications channels to enhance relationships with clients Maintain management systems with up to date client information Organize logistics for team marketing events and maintain marketing materials Provide team with calendar detailing daily, weekly and monthly activities Identify service opportunities for clients Your Expertise Client Focus Risk & Professional Behavior Teamwork and Collaboration Integrating Diversity Communication and Impact Drive and Commitment Planning and Organizing Problem Analysis Salary Information Indicative gross base salary range for Colorado, Boulder: min USD55,000 – max USD65,000 per annum.
