Job Overview A law firm seeks a Patent Attorney Associate with over two years of experience to join its electronics and computer patent practice in Boulder, Colorado. The position is open in multiple locations, including Colorado, Utah, and Idaho. Duties Engage in patent preparation and prosecution work. Collaborate with clients on strategic patent positioning and protection. Work on wireless communications, electronics, AI, and software patents. Participate in post-grant patent work and client counseling. Requirements Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in patent preparation. Experience in wireless telecommunications, communication networks, or related fields preferred. Strong academic record with a technical degree in relevant fields. Growth mindset and ability to work on cutting-edge technology. Education Technical degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Physics, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent fields. Certifications Admitted to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
