Project Coordinator

Responsibilities Kforce is supporting a client hiring IT Project Coordinators to support the business in Brownsville, WI. This will require 5 days in the office to collaborate and work directly with their teams. The role is contract-to-hire, and the goal is to convert to a FTE after 6 months. Summary: This role supports Project Managers in planning, executing, and closing IT projects across multiple workstreams while ensuring project activities, documentation, schedules, financials, risks, resources, and deliverables are tracked, communicated, and maintained in alignment with PMO standards, governance, and best practices. Requirements Associate degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience Experience supporting IT projects or project management activities Working knowledge of project coordination practices, documentation, and reporting Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Desired Skills Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field Project management certification or formal project management training Experience working within an IT PMO environment Experience using project and work management tools such as Microsoft Project, Monday.com, ServiceNow, or similar platforms Experience coordinating with vendors and cross-functional teams Skills The Core Developmental Competencies are the skills and behaviors needed for success and are used as developmental benchmarks for all employees: Customer Focus Action Oriented Personal Accountability Drives Results Interpersonal Savvy Values Differences Communicates Effectively Instills Trust Demonstrates Self-Awareness Self-Development The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
