Responsibilities include delivering excellent member service, generating revenue through private training and supplement sales, addressing member concerns and employee relations issues, overseeing scheduling and time‑keeping, and communicating and enforcing company and club policies. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Sell and Conduct Private Training & Small Group Training with Members Conduct prospecting, guest tours, and staff sales when needed. Service introductory PT packages, build value, and re‑sign clients to full programs, then hand them over to coaching staff. Utilize both in‑person and digital prospecting to generate complimentary appointments for personal training programs. Accurately administer client programs, supplement purchases, measurement tracking, and workout plans. Engage in revenue‑generating activities such as complimentary workouts, supplement booths, body‑fat tables, seminars, and workshops. Achieve monthly revenue targets for private training and supplements. Review club sales performance and employee metrics with the Fitness Manager and Vice President to identify improvement opportunities. Schedule and manage client appointments, coordinate client availability, maintain up‑to‑date records, and adjust for cancellations. Club Administration Collaborate with the Fitness Manager to ensure coaches meet revenue and service goals. Set monthly, weekly, and daily goals and lead coaching meetings to review performance and provide guidance. Handle member service matters: tours, service explanations, training agreements, and issue mediation. Perform administrative duties, report facility maintenance needs, and conduct daily walk‑throughs. Supervise coach sales activities, prepare paperwork, and ensure compliance with club procedures. Organization Relationships The MMA PT Sales Admin reports directly to the Fitness Manager and/or General Manager, communicating and enforcing all policies with the coaching team and interacting with all club members and employees. Required Qualifications Knowledge, Skills & Abilities In-depth knowledge of personal training techniques from assessment to program design and sales. MMA technical ability related to striking and grappling (MMAS PT Sales Manager only). Ability to operate and adjust all fitness equipment. Familiarity with company policies, emergency and safety procedures. Strong interpersonal and communication skills; friendly, enthusiastic, and positive attitude. Customer‑service focus; responds professionally to guest, member, and staff inquiries. Comprehensive organizational and record‑keeping skills with demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks. Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Adheres to meal and rest break periods; clocks in and out for all shift times. Required Experience Minimum one certification from an organization recognized by UFC Gym. Current CPR/AED certification. High school diploma or GED. Preferred: four‑year degree in a related field recognized by UFC Gym. Minimum two years of related experience. Experience in management/employee relations preferred. Physical Requirements Regularly required to stand during duties. Physical effort includes lifting heavy weights, squatting, bending, reaching, spotting, and prolonged standing and walking.
