On a typical day, you'll review new lease agreements to determine accounting implications, reconcile monthly lease journal entries back to Lease Query, and collaborate closely with Project Managers, Finance, Procurement, and Operations to identify when leases are expected to commence. You'll also own the reconciliation of the prepaid expenses sub-ledger to the general ledger, prepare Prepaids waterfalls across Crusoe's consolidated entities, and manual prepaid reconciliations to keep everything accurate and audit-ready.Beyond the day-to-day mechanics, you'll play a key role in the monthly close process, preparing journal entries, supporting fluctuation analysis, and partnering with the Cloud Operations, Data Infrastructure teams and various Accounting functions on new leases, modifications and prepaids. You'll thrive in this role if you're detail-oriented, comfortable working with large volumes of data, and energized by finding smarter, more efficient ways to get things done. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers.
