Position Overview

You'll handle essential daily accounting tasks, support financial processes, and help maintain the accuracy and integrity that our industry demands.
Key Responsibilities
- Process AP/AR with speed and precision
- Enter invoices and payments that keep operations flowing
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements
- Maintain organized, audit-ready financial records
- Support billing, collections, and payment processing
- Prepare reports and spreadsheets that guide decision making
- Assist with month-end and year-end procedures
- Respond to vendor and customer account inquiries
- Handle confidential financial information with professionalism
