Our venue is the perfect place for a wine country wedding or private event. Europa Village is looking to fill the position of Banquet Bartender. The ideal candidate will have a passion for service with an out-going, self-motivated and energetic personality. Strong customer service is a must. Banquet Bartender Reports to: Banquet Manager Responsibilities Specific to a Banquet Bartender: Possesses and lives Europa Village's core values Greets guests with a smile and eye contact and presents beverage menu Delivers unsurpassed level of customer service to each guest Stocks alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and prepares banquet bar based on the Banquet Event Order (BEO) Prepares necessary garnishes and equipment prior to event based on the BEO Makes drink recommendations and answers all related questions Maintains a clean work station at all times Coordinates with Banquet Servers in providing champagne toasts Develops an efficient work place to enhance guest satisfaction Accurately uses the POS system to record drink orders, prepare checks and process payment Follows all state liquor laws and Serving Alcohol with Sense (S.A.W.S) policies, including proper ID checking, responsible beverage service and ensures no one under 21 is served alcohol Other duties as assigned Expectations of Banquet Bartender: Creates and fosters an environment of "teamwork" by helping fellow employees or guests without a second thought Comfortable working on feet for long periods of time Able to communicate Europa Village's story Able to treat all associates and guests in a respectful manner Arrives at work prepared with excellent personal presentation standards with a clean, pressed uniform and appropriate slacks, stockings and shoes Arrives on on time and is respectful of attendance and punctuality Adheres to Europa Village's policies and procedures Pays close attention to detail Must be able to work nights, holidays and weekends #J-18808-Ljbffr Europa Village
