Colon Rectal Associates of Central New York is looking for an experienced and driven Practice Manager to lead operations at our established specialty medical practice in East Syracuse, NY. Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day administrative and clinical operations of the practice
• Manage, mentor, and schedule front office and clinical support staff
• Monitor billing, coding, and revenue cycle management to ensure financial performance
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, HIPAA, and practice policies
• Coordinate with physicians and clinical staff to optimize patient flow and satisfaction
• Handle vendor relationships, supply procurement, and facility management
• Develop and implement office policies, procedures, and performance improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in medical practice management or healthcare administration
• Strong knowledge of medical billing, coding, and revenue cycle processes
• Experience managing staff in a clinical or specialty practice setting
• Familiarity with EHR/EMR systems and practice management software
• Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and healthcare regulatory requirements
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field preferred
