**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a Kitchen Supervisor to oversee our culinary team and ensure the smooth operation of our kitchen. The Kitchen Supervisor will be responsible for supervising food preparation, cooking, and overall kitchen maintenance.
1. Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff.
2. Train new employees on kitchen procedures and safety guidelines.
3. Monitor food preparation methods, portion sizes, and presentation to ensure quality standards are met.
4. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen.
5. Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
6. Assist in menu planning and development.
7. Handle any kitchen-related issues or complaints. **Qualifications:**
1. Proven experience working in a kitchen environment.
2. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and health regulations.
3. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
4. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
