Membership Services Representative

The YMCA of Broome County is looking for friendly and customer-oriented Membership Services Representatives to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members and assisting with their membership needs. Responsibilities:

• Responding to member inquiries via phone, email, or in-person
• Maintaining accurate member information in our database
• Preparing and processing membership applications
• Resolving member complaints and issues in a timely manner
• Providing information on membership benefits and services
• Assisting with membership renewals and upgrades
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure member satisfaction

Available Shifts:

Johnson City:

Monday-Friday 5:45am-9:00am

Monday-Friday 9:00am-1:00pm

Tuesday-Friday: 5:00pm-9:00pm

Saturday: 7:45am-12:00pm

Binghamton:

Sunday: 9:00am-12:00pm and 12:00pm-4:00pm

Monday-Friday: 3:00pm-8:00pm

Salary: $17.00 per hour

Job Type: Part-time

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of customer service experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management
