[Hybrid (3 days in office/2 days WFH eligible)].Key ResponsibilitiesResponsible for developing a strategy & executing the roadmap for the Healthcare Provider (HCP) & Account data ecosystem across current & emerging business areas.Partner closely with Media, Marketing, Analytics, Data Science & Technology teams to advance strategic initiatives by designing & implementing new data, analytics, & BI capabilities.Provide ongoing development & management to a team of data professionals.QualificationsEducation & ExperienceMust possess a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Economics or related field required, & 5 years of work experience performing a combination of data analysis, data management, marketing analytics & modeling on internal & syndicated data sources.Of experience required must have 5 years:working in a matrixed environment synthesizing input from commercial & technology stakeholders,leading unstructured projects, responsible for taking concepts from stakeholders & translating them into solution designs,defining, resourcing, & executing projects from concept to delivery for cross business stakeholders.collaborating with stakeholders and delivering insights using HCP or account level claims data.Of experience required must have 2 years:utilizing business intelligence or visualization platforms for data analysis & presentations,developing data processing & data warehousing strategies, including database design & business architecture,influencing the development of IT processes required to support analytic data consumption, &in a data strategy role.working with or creating IC grade data for Field Sales teams.Work experience may be gained concurrently.Additional InformationSalary Range: $252,160.75 - $268,500.00 per year.Apply online at or send resume to [email protected].
