Field Service Engineer

Job Description Japanese manufacturing company in the semiconductor industry is seeking a Field Service Engineer ! Position: Field Service Engineer Locations: Phoenix, AZ and Chandler, AZ Pay: up to $100K (DOE) plus benefits Status: Full time / Direct hire Job Duty Responds to service calls including emergency calls from customers in a timely manner Performs installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on company's products at customer sites Inspects and evaluates customer usage of company's products Provides trainings and application support on company's products to customers Submits various reports such as service reports, weekly reports, and expense reports to management Receives follow‑up and additional training on company products in Japan Supports sales activities and establishes and maintains good relationship with customers Qualifications Japanese/English bilingual is a+ 6 months of travel for training required (domestic and international) Flexibility to travel to both client sites in Phoenix and Chandler as needed Flexibility to work day, evening, and nights as needed Previous experience as a Field Service Engineer in the semiconductor industry Bachelor's in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred Please submit your resume.
