Commercial Real Estate Credit Department – Loan Administrator We are currently looking for a Loan Administrator to support the Commercial Real Estate Credit department. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field preferred. 3–5 years of experience in loan administration, mortgage operations, commercial real estate lending, residential lending, or a related banking environment. Demonstrated experience supporting both Commercial Real Estate (CRE) and Residential loan processes, including documentation review, closing coordination, boarding, servicing support, and exception tracking. Working knowledge of CRE and Residential loan products, loan lifecycle processes, collateral documentation, escrow requirements, and post-closing administration. Hands‑on experience with Encompass loan origination system, including pipeline management, document review, data integrity validation, and workflow coordination. Strong understanding of loan documentation, credit approvals, underwriting conditions, closing packages, and funding processes. Familiarity with applicable lending regulations, compliance standards, and internal control requirements related to CRE and Residential lending. Ability to review files for accuracy, completeness, and policy adherence, and to elevate discrepancies in a timely manner. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple loans and deadlines in a high-volume environment. Excellent attention to detail, analytical ability, and problem‑solving skills. Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work across lending, underwriting, processing, closing, compliance, and operations teams. High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and sound judgment in handling sensitive borrower and transaction information.
