Job Description

Hiring: AI Marketing Project Manager

\n

Location: Remote, with preference for NYC-area candidates willing to attend the New York office 2–3 days per week

\n

W2 Only at $70/hr

\n

Duration: 3–6 months initially, with possible extension

\n

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to serve as the bridge between Marketing business owners and AI development teams, guiding AI-enabled marketing initiatives from scoping through implementation and adoption.

\n

Key Requirements:

\n
    \n
  • Experience managing digital marketing, content management, web, social media, or MarTech projects.
    • \n
  • Experience delivering AI-enabled initiatives, with practical knowledge of AI use cases, data readiness, validation, and governance.
    • \n
  • Strong project planning, requirements gathering, dependency management, risk management, and stakeholder communication skills.
    • \n
  • Experience coordinating business owners, technical teams, vendors, and distributed resources.
    • \n
  • Ability to define KPIs, acceptance criteria, and adoption plans.
    • \n
  • Flexibility to collaborate across U.S. and Ireland time zones.
    • \n
  • PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or SAFe certification preferred.
    • \n

This is a project delivery role, not an AI engineering position. Technical teams will handle development.
