Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join the Dealer Experience team supporting a leading transportation and commercial vehicle manufacturer. This role is responsible for managing web-based customer cases, processing dealer orders, and providing end-to-end support throughout the order lifecycle.Unlike a traditional call center environment, this position is primarily case-based and conducted through Salesforce, Microsoft Outlook, and other business systems. The successful candidate will work directly with dealership customers, ensuring orders are processed accurately, shipment issues are resolved promptly, and customers receive timely updates regarding their requests.This role requires individuals who excel in structured environments, can navigate ambiguity, think critically, and provide exceptional customer service through written communication.Key Responsibilities:Process and enter dealer orders received through Salesforce web cases.Manage customer orders throughout the entire order lifecycle.Maintain proactive communication with dealers regarding:Order status updatesShipping information and tracking detailsProduct availabilityLead times and delivery expectationsProduct programs and pricing policiesNegotiate vendor lead times and availability based on dealer needs and urgency.Research and resolve shipment issues, expedited orders, and special order requests.Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to provide accurate and timely customer solutions.Utilize Salesforce and internal systems to document, track, and manage customer cases.Provide high-volume customer support primarily through email and written communication using Microsoft Outlook.Ensure compliance with established processes, procedures, and system requirements.Participate in special projects and additional operational initiatives as assigned.

This is a Contract position based out of Renton, WA.

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
