The Workforce Group, a LEMOINE company, seeks Incident Duty Officers to staff the nationwide 24/7 incident and safety line for vulnerable populations. Remote-based work with rotation across nights, weekends, and holidays is required. You will collect facts, apply escalation criteria, and escalate to leadership within set timeframes.
