Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure accuracy. Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Collaborate with team members to improve assembly processes and efficiency. Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors. Essential Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and teamwork attitude. Desired Experience Previous experience in assembly, manufacturing, or a related field is preferred but not required. Familiarity with military hardware assembly is a plus.
