We have an unmatched depth of knowledge and experience.We have high integrity, self-discipline, and respect for others.As a valued intern on our Human Resources (HR) team, you will be given real meaningful work as well as support and guidance from our employees and leadership as you continue to develop your skills, gain industry knowledge, and build a strong foundation for your future career.Key Accountabilities/Deliverables:Updating job history for employeesCareer Mapping for Legal / IT / Finance and finalizing HRAssist with any early career administration needsComplete Succession Planning list for upcoming talent reviews – work with Division Presidents and Functional Leaders on finalizationEnterprise-wide onboarding improvementsEstablish standard Interview Guide template and interview question library for non-technical competenciesOther responsibilities as assigned.Technical Knowledge and Understanding:Pro-active and driven to learnExcellent computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel)Highly organized with attention to detailExcellent verbal and written communications skillsAbility to prioritize responsibilities and manage time effectivelyExperience:Ability to work 40 hours per week for 12 weeksCurrently a junior or senior pursuing a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related fieldApplicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over work authorization sponsorship now or in the future for this position.
