Entry Level Sales Associate
$17 - $30 per hourAkalade Inc
What You’ll Do: Interact with customers at retail stores, community events, and local venues. Promote products and services with professionalism and enthusiasm. Assist in setting up branded displays and promotional tables. Learn our campaigns from the ground up—sales strategy, product positioning, and customer engagement. Report results, gather customer feedback, and help improve performance. Collaborate with your team to meet sales goals and enhance outreach. What We’re Looking For: Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills. Sales, retail, hospitality, or marketing experience preferred (not required). Ability to learn quickly and work independently. Willingness to work weekends for events and promotions. Self-starter with a positive attitude and team-first mindset. What We Offer: ***Hourly pay + uncapped commission + performance bonuses***. Weekly pay structure with opportunities to increase income fast. Paid training with ongoing mentorship and development.
