Position Summary

Safely moving of product to machine centers, basic organization of product to specified areas of the facility.

Duties / Responsibilities

• Safety operate forklift.
• Staying aware of possible hazards and safety protocols.
• Coordinates with Production Scheduler and Machine Operators.
• Loading, unloading of materials.
• Maintains quality expectation of documentation and materials received.
• Maintaining forklift.
• Performs other duties as required by management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• Previous construction or warehouse experience preferred
• Attention to detail and good communication skills
• Ability to work well within a team
• Experience operating a forklift or forklift certification preferred, training available

Physical Demands

Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Work may require stooping, bending, crouching, crawling, pushing, and / or pulling. Must be able to communicate with others via phone, email, and in person. Must be able to exchange accurate information with others. Work environment is not temperature controlled and may result in exposure to extreme temperatures. Work primarily involves sitting / standing, up to 4 hours at a time.
