Role Description: The Senior Associate role is a full-time, hybrid position based in Lake Forest, IL, with flexibility for some work from home. In this role, the Senior Associate will support and lead client engagements across Life Sciences, Technology, and adjacent industries, working closely with client teams to diagnose business challenges and design practical solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and analyzing data, contributing to strategy development, supporting PMO design and program execution, and preparing clear, client-ready deliverables such as presentations, dashboards, and reports. The Senior Associate will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders on initiatives involving regulatory affairs, quality systems, commercial readiness, and change management, ensuring that recommendations are grounded in operational realities. This role also involves managing workstreams, mentoring junior team members, and helping drive continuous improvement in Rockwell’s consulting methodologies and tools. Qualifications: Candidates should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience with data analysis, business intelligence tools, and translating complex information into actionable insights. Candidates should possess skills in project and program management, such as planning, organizing workstreams, tracking milestones, and supporting PMO design and execution. Candidates should possess strategy and advisory skills, including the ability to assess business challenges, contribute to strategic recommendations, and support go-to-market and organizational transformation initiatives. Candidates should possess communication and collaboration skills, including clear written and verbal communication, structured presentation development, and effective stakeholder management. Candidates should possess familiarity or experience in regulated industries, particularly Life Sciences or Technology, and an understanding of regulatory affairs, quality systems, or commercial operations is highly beneficial. Candidates should possess the ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a hybrid environment, demonstrating adaptability, professionalism, and a commitment to client service.
