Commercial Lines Placement Specialist Job Summary Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Placement Specialist to join a dynamic team. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in marketing and servicing commercial lines accounts, who thrives in a collaborative, family-owned, and tech-focused environment. As a key member of team, you will play a pivotal role in marketing new and renewal business, as well as managing new leads and driving them to closure. Compensation Package Base Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 (flexible for highly qualified candidates) Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance Responsibilities Market and place both new and renewal commercial lines business with carriers. Collaborate with carriers to ensure optimal coverage and pricing for clients. Manage and nurture new leads, guiding them through the sales process to closure. Maintain and update client information in Salesforce (training provided if needed). Provide exceptional service to clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally. Work closely with the Commercial Lines team to support departmental goals and initiatives. Qualifications/Requirements Licensure: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required. Experience: Proven experience working with carriers and marketing commercial lines business. Familiarity with handling smaller, generalist accounts. Skills: Strong marketing and sales acumen, with the ability to close deals effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Salesforce is a plus, but not required (training available). Work Ethic: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
