Responsibilities Provide quality care in both clinic and telehealth and meet patient volume goals for tele and in‑patient as determined. Lead clinic staff (e.g., X‑Ray Technologists, Nurses, Front Office Specialists) in delivering excellent patient care and provide guidance to ensure quality professional services and patient satisfaction. Collaborate with clinical leadership, escalating to management where appropriate to ensure strong patient care and resolution of concerns in line with company values. Ensure accurate completion of patient charts in a timely manner and forward charts as appropriate on a daily basis. Implement clinical and Telehealth protocols as outlined by the CMO and Supervising Physicians. Analyze and interpret patients' histories, symptoms, physical findings, and diagnostic information to develop appropriate diagnoses. Deliver excellent patient care through in‑patient and virtual diagnostic and therapeutic recommendations with attention to patient‑centric care, safety, cost, and reliable information. Maintain compliance with Federal and State regulations, guidelines, and requirements including HIPAA and health information management. Work efficiently in a fast‑paced, autonomous environment within both in‑patient clinic and virtual settings. Order, perform, or interpret diagnostic tests, responsibly prescribe medications, and educate patients on continued treatment and care of acute and chronic conditions. Attend mandatory monthly meetings with Supervising physicians and E/M training. Perform responsibilities within standard NP protocols and complete all mandatory compliance training. Recommend improvements to clinic and telehealth leadership to enhance patient experience and care. Communicate regularly within the team to support excellent patient care. Welcome new employees, facilitate introductions, clinic tours, and overview of clinic processes. Assist new employees with learning activities and required training; provide job shadowing, demonstration, and coaching opportunities. Maintain friendly, cordial relations with all clients and employees; create a positive work atmosphere. Consult with patients through virtual communication channels. Perform other duties as assigned by management. PRN employees required to work a minimum of 4 shifts per month; Full‑time employees required to work 12‑hour shifts and every other weekend. Experience Requirements and Preferences Education: Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN). At least 1–2 years of experience as a provider in a relevant practice such as Urgent Care, Occupational Medical Facility, ER or Trauma Unit, Family Medical Practice. Current License or Certification: License and DEA must be active, in good standing, and verifiable with the proper regulatory agency. DEA required for all providers; where limited by years of practice under state law, DEA will be required within 120 days of meeting minimum years of practice. Providers must treat all ages and meet credentialing requirements; DOT certification required for full‑time and part‑time providers within 120 days of employment. Level Requirements: Level 1: New graduate with up to 1 year of experience as a nurse practitioner. Level 2: Nurse practitioner with over 1 year and less than 5 years of experience. Level 3: Nurse practitioner with over 5 years and less than 10 years of experience. Level 4: Nurse practitioner with over 10 years of experience.
