If you are unable to complete this application due to a disability, contact this employer to ask for an accommodation or an alternative application process. 2nd Shift - Swiss CNC Set Up Machinists Full Time Manchester, NH, US Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Swiss CNC Setup Machinist to set up, operate, and troubleshoot Swiss-style CNC machines to produce precision components for multiple markets. This role requires strong attention to detail, experience with tight tolerances, and the ability to work independently to ensure high-quality production. Key Responsibilities Set up and operate Swiss CNC machines Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and GD&T Install tooling, adjust offsets, and perform first‑piece inspections Optimize programs and processes for efficiency and quality Troubleshoot machine issues and make necessary adjustments Perform in‑process inspections using micrometers, calipers, and other precision tools Maintain proper documentation of setups and production runs Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards Work closely with engineering and quality teams to resolve issues Familiar with ISO requirements Qualifications Strong understanding of G-code and CNC programming edits Ability to read blueprints and understand GD&T Proficiency with precision measuring instruments Strong problem‑solving skills and mechanical aptitude Ability to work independently and in a team environment Preferred: Experience in CNC Swiss machining. Education Minimum Requirements: HS Diploma or equivalent Preferred: Two‑year certificate in machine trade.
