Angel Companions is seeking a Senior Scheduling Coordinator to join our dedicated team in East Cobb . This position plays a key role in the daily operations of our home healthcare agency by ensuring caregivers are efficiently scheduled and clients receive exceptional care. 

Responsibilities  

• Oversee the scheduling process to ensure caregivers are matched with clients based on their skills and client needs 

• Collaborate with the client and their families to schedule replacement caregivers as needed 

• Work closely with the Director of Case Management to ensure continuity of care during emergencies and manage caregiver assignments 

• Play a crucial role in quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery 

• Maintain open communication with clients and their families to address any scheduling concerns or changes 

• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure care plans are aligned with client requirements 

• Assist in resolving complaints, incidents, and problems as needed, providing guidance to caregivers when necessary 

• Oversee the maintenance of accurate logs for new, resumed, discharged, and denied cases, ensuring compliance within the department 

• Run various daily and weekly reports to check for any discrepancies or errors, and ensure the necessary corrections are made 

• Monitor adherence to company policies and procedures 

Requirements  

• 2 years In-Home Care scheduling experience.

• Strong customer service, problem-solving, and multitasking skills. 

• Proven experience in scheduling and managing complex calendars with multiple variables. 

• Administrative expertise with the ability to handle competing priorities. 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. 

Compensation  

• Starting Salary: $55,000 annually
