Creative Financial Staffing (CFS) is partnering with a well-established client to identify a detail-oriented, customer-focused Client Support Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while building strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders. This role offers the opportunity to become a subject matter expert in order processing, contribute to process improvements, and play an important part in delivering a positive client experience.

Please note: This position requires a minimum of eight hours of availability per day from the 30th/31st through the 5th of each month, including weekends and holidays, to support critical financial processing deadlines.

Order Processing & Operations

• Partner closely with the Business Development team to ensure orders are accurately entered, organized, and processed within established deadlines.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for order processing, helping maintain accuracy, consistency, and efficiency across operations.
• Monitor and manage workload effectively while balancing competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• Provide backup support to the Project Administration team as needed.
• Identify root causes of operational issues, resolve moderately complex problems, and escalate more complex matters to the appropriate teams.
• Coordinate with management to ensure adequate resources are available to meet business demands.
• Facilitate operational meetings and lead internal process improvement initiatives as assigned.
• Support compliance initiatives and contribute to maintaining SOC certification standards.

Client Relationship Management

• Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client and vendor inquiries and proactively communicating expectations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by developing a thorough understanding of their businesses, organizational structures, and objectives.
• Assist the Business Development team with organizing, coordinating, and managing client orders.
• Design and coordinate mail projects for assigned clients.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen existing client relationships and support additional business opportunities.
• Recognize and promptly escalate customer concerns or service issues to ensure timely and effective resolution.
• Represent the organization professionally and consistently communicate its value and service offerings.

Team Collaboration & Development

• Work collaboratively across departments to ensure seamless communication and efficient execution of client needs.
• Share knowledge, guidance, and resources to help fellow Client Support Specialists strengthen their skills and performance.
• Assist with onboarding and training new team members.
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture built on accountability, continuous improvement, and outstanding customer service.
