Executive Oncology Sales Representative - Head & Neck (Greenville-Atlanta) - Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine

Johnson & Johnson seeks an Executive Oncology Sales Representative to drive pharmaceutical sales across Greenville, SC and Atlanta, GA territories. The role involves promoting oncology therapeutics to healthcare accounts, developing account strategies, and achieving sales objectives through clinical knowledge and business development.
Responsibilities
- Execute sales strategies for current and potential oncology therapeutics within approved specialties
- Develop and implement account-specific strategies identifying key accounts and penetration plans
- Conduct business analysis, prospecting, and new business development within assigned territory
- Utilize approved marketing tools and closing techniques to advance sales opportunities
- Discuss access and reimbursement options with customers to improve sales outcomes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree minimum
- Two years pharmaceutical, biologic, biotech, or medical device sales experience
- Valid driver's license with ability to travel including overnight stays
- Reside in or willing to relocate to assigned geography
- Specialty sales experience in solid tumor and oncology markets preferred
- Hospital and large account sales experience with complex reimbursement handling preferred
- Demonstrated learning aptitude toward AI and emerging technologies
