Follow local municipalities to keep current with new growth corridors, land use regulations, etc. Determine land values in the specific market through market research and financial analysis.Negotiate price and terms with land sellers and work with internal attorneys to prepare purchase agreements. Coordinate land entitlement and planning activities with Development team.Coordinate due diligence for land placed under contract.
