Senior Technical Accounting Manager - GAAP & Complex Transactions

Terawatt Infrastructure in San Francisco, CA, is seeking a Senior Technical Accounting Manager who will own complex accounting research and policy positions supporting our growing asset base and capital structure. The ideal candidate has Big 4 audit or advisory background, holds an active CPA, and brings deep US GAAP knowledge with hands-on ASC 606, ASC 820, and ASC 946 experience in a growth company.
